We're based in China. If you have something you want made, we can go stand in the factory and look at it for you.
We've spent years in factories arguing about thickness, and rejecting samples that looked fine in a photo. That's the part of sourcing nobody posts about, and it's the part that decides whether your batch arrives sellable.
If you already have a supplier and the samples keep coming back wrong, we can look at what's actually being made. If you have nothing but a drawing and a price target, we can start from there.
What we do
- Find and vet factories against your spec — not the other way around
- Get samples into your hands before you commit to a production run
- Inspect the production run before it ships, and tell you what's wrong
- Consolidate several suppliers into one shipment so you're not paying freight three times
What we don't do
- We don't become your brand or hold your designs
- We don't promise the lowest price. The lowest price is usually why a batch comes back wrong
- We don't carry your quality claims. We inspect for you; the spec stays yours
- We don't work on counterfeit, trademark-infringing, or patented designs. If it's someone else's product, we're out
How we charge
There's no fixed rate. Some jobs are a week of factory visits; some are one phone call and a freight quote. We'll give you a number after we've seen the spec and talked to the factories — before you commit to anything, and before you pay anything.
Samples are paid by you, at cost. We don't cover sampling, because otherwise everyone asks for one.
How it starts
Tell us what you're making, roughly how many, and where it ships to. If it's something we can't do well, we'll say so in the first reply instead of three weeks later.
