Is this a therapy tool?

No. Our products are self-reflection and vocabulary tools. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

What age is it for?

Roughly 4 and up for the wheel and cards. Younger children use it more with an adult sitting next to them, which is the point.

How big is the wheel?

The double-sided wooden wheel is 27 cm across and comes with a wooden stand. The cards are small enough to hold in one hand.

How fast does it ship?

Regular orders ship from the US, 3–7 business days after dispatch. Bulk and wholesale orders ship from China, 7–15 business days. Your confirmation email tells you which applies.

Do you take bulk orders?

Yes. 25 or more of one item is 15% off, 100 or more is 25% off. Email ainvrteers@foxmail.com for a quote.

What if something's wrong with it?

Tell us and we'll replace it or refund it. A base that wobbles, a word that reads wrong, a size that doesn't fit your room — we've changed this product more times than we can count because someone told us the truth about it.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See our refund policy.
